Shipping policy

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour service, after they have been fulfilled (may take 3-5 working days from purchase in busy periods). All orders placed outside the UK will be shipped via  Parcel Force Tracked courier service.

Claims for loss must be made within 30 calendar days of the date of posting,  Royal Mail has no legal liability for any loss if at the time of the claim 30 days has expired from the date of posting. please contact us quickly to enable enquiries to be made promptly. Thank you!
